At FS Concepts, we work with you to design a clinic focusing on the issues you most want your team to focus on, we bring flexible hours to the table and will work to create a time that is ideal for your team/club and we come to you so you can train on familiar roads!
Our clinics range from Team Tactic Camps to Training Demonstrations and Lectures to Performance Testing and Evaluation. We literally can and will create a custom camp/clinic for you to meet you needs.
We bring our holistic approach to your clinic not only focusing on training objectives but also on enjoyment and team/club bonding.
Prices and fees vary depending on number of people attending, amount of days and the focus of the clinic. Contact us for more details!

March 16-18 2007 Summit Freewheelers had FS Concepts host a Team Tactics Seminar/Team Training Camp. The focus was on improving the team's understanding of tactics as well as to provide an arena for team bonding.
Watch the Video from Camp!
We got things started Friday night with a Team Dinner.
Saturday we focused on classroom lecture sessions on tactics and bike fit as well as a round table discussion.
After the classroom sessions, we split the group up into three teams and let them formulate their strategies for Sunday's race. FS Concepts Coaches were available to provide feedback and ideas for the teams.
Saturday night we had a team meeting to provide a smack talking arena for the teams preparring for Sunday's Race.
Race Day
In the Winter of 2005, Dirt Bean Hale, part bed and breakfast part bike shop part coffee shop located in Marlinton, WV, asked us to come to town and host a clinic. This weekend focussed on performance testing and group riding while freezing our butts off! Not really, it was not nearly as cold as it looked.....or was it!
Aside from riding and testing we spent a good amount of time simply "hanging out", eating the B and B's wonderful food and enjoying a great weekend of friendship and cycling.
Dirt Bean is a lovely and cozy bed and breakfast nestled in Marlington, WV and is extremely cyclist friendly.
The accomodations provided were second to none!
Testing Time!!
Jered monitors Bruce Miller's warm up.
Jacob tries to make Bruce laugh after completing his test.
The Training Facility.
We even braved the cold and got outside for some 3 hour rides. Really, it looks much colder than it was!
A West Virginia no right turn sign!
We had such a fun and frigid time at Dirt Bean Hale in 2005 that we again held a weekend camp there in 2006. Only this time we moved it to mid-November. The weather was perfect except for a little cold spell on Sunday. It would take more than 35 degree weather to scare off these hooligans!
This particular camp focused on training talks, one-on-one discussions and training techniques with demonstrations.
The Greenbrier River Trail provided a perfect backdrop for our skills sessions.
We held some grudge matches ie bumping drills and skills evaluation on a local grassy field.
Brack says "This is hillier than VA Beach!"
What a view! The climb was worth it!
We made sure not to miss the Ohio State vs Michigan game!
Don't talk bad about Ohio State to Heidi.
Above: What a great gang in NC!
In the fall of 2006 Jacob served as a guest with Discover Adventures PRO Series Brand with Frankie Andreu.
Jacob on his experience, "This was truly a great training camp for me and an amazing holistic experience. The group of guys that Discover Adventures put together was amazing and the campers were so much fun."
Unlike the clinics FS Concepts promotes and hosts, this clinic was produced by Discover Adventures and Jacob was brought in as faculty. Enough positive comments can not be mentioned about the weekend. This camp took place at the Pisgah Inn which is perched atop Pisgah Mountain, North Carolina.
Classroom sessions were a staple of the experience.
You can't beat waking up to this view!
Cesear Gajales leads us up the climb to home on the Blue Ridge Park way.
Hey, wait for us!
With views like this it is easy to forget about suffering going up hill.
In November 2005, The Summit Freewheelers Bicycle Racing Club invited us up to Ohio to host a weekend clinic. This particular clinic focussed on power testing, fitness evaluation and one-on-one consultations to provide direction in preparring for the upcoming season.
Yeah, power testing....good thing to have done but not to much fun to do! But fun to watch!!!
Lets see if you are still smiling at the end Jeremy!
Jered works with Trish during her warm up while Ed gives it a dig!
Ed gave it all he had!
George rolled an impressive test!
Jimmy Mac, all of 17 at the time, showed a glimpse of his talent. Watch for him on the Cornell campus this fall and keep an eye out for him at races. Jimmy landed a spot with the Elite Team Abercrombie and Fitch.
Winter 2007 a small group of hard core cyclists braved the harsh northern Ohio Winter and had Shawn lead a focussed training session.
