TRAINING LEVELS

 

What types of programs does FS Concepts offer?

All of our Training Levels are designed based on our Training Philosophy.

We are confident that we have a training level perfectly designed and tailored to aid you in achieving your goals and getting the most enjoyment out of the sport while at the same time improving your quality of life.

 Level 1
$150/month +150 start up fee

Level 1 is an outstanding introduction to Coaching.  This Coaching Level is designed for the athlete looking for guidance at a lower level of interaction.  This program level is also ideal for those desiring contact with a Coach on a monthly basis.  Expect a thoughtful training program laid out in three month increments to help guide you towards your goals.

Parameters of Level 1:
• Weekly e-mail contact
• One 30 minute coaching call/month 
• Nutritional guidance
• Initial testing to determine your HR and/or Power zones
• Training plan designed around your goals in three month increments

Level 2
$250/month + $150 start up fee
 

Level 2 is created for the athlete that is looking for a program designed around his/her goals yet does not want the higher level of interaction or attention that Levels 3and 4 Coaching Plans offer.  This is a thoughtful program and you will train and progress towards your goals with confidence that your time and energy is being invested in the best possible manner
.

Parameters of Level 2:
• Weekly e-mail contact
• Two 30 minute coaching calls monthly 
• Nutritional guidance
• Initial testing to determine your HR and/or Power zones
• Training plan designed around your goals w/ 1 monthly update
• Bi-weekly analysis of your power meter files, food diaries & training log
 
Level 3
 $350/month + $150 start up fee


Level 3 is where the custom services, extra detail and interaction begin. This is a high interaction relationship between the coach and athlete as your coach becomes your partner in your quest to achieve your goals. Expect a high level of care and attention with the Level 3 Training Program.

Parameters of Level 3:
• Regular e-mail contact
• Three 45 minute coaching calls monthly
• Unlimited "quick question" calls
• Detailed nutritional analysis and guidance 
• Initial testing to determine your HR and/or Power zones
• Detailed training plan designed specifically around your goals w/ weekly updates
• Weekly detailed analysis of your power meter files, food diaries
 
Level 4
$450/month  + $150 Start up fee
 
Level 4 is the pinnacle in the coaching experience.  At this point you will work extremely closely with your coach as you are guided towards your goals.  At this level we not only examine the training load but also pay much respect to other life stresses and balancing those with training stress.  We believe training stress and "real world" stress accumulate in a similar manner in the body and we work with the athlete to maintain a proper balance using an organic holistic approach.
 
 Parameters of Level 4 
• Unlimited e-mail contact
• Four 45 minute coaching calls monthly
• Unlimited "quick question" calls
• Everything offered in Levels 1, 2 and 3
• The highest level of service offered

 

Consulting

$200/hour

  In Person Coaching

Coaching person to person is the best way to maximize learning and achieve the highest level of interaction.  In Person Coaching takes many avenues and creative shapes ranging from specific training rides with a coach, personal strength and condition training, performance testing and even event support and management.  Like our Training Clinics, an FS Concepts Coach can come to you or you can come to one of us. 

 Travel expenses, food and accommodations to be paid by the athlete.

 $150/hr ($75/hr for FS Concepts Athletes)

or $700/day ($350/day for FS Concepts Athletes)
